Fall 2011 fall-leaves

Leaves are changing... new products are coming!

Greetings!

The International Workboat Show 2011 is less than two months away, and we are looking forward to seeing many of you there.  We are particularly excited about Workboat this year, as we are going to have product demos of our new software platform - working on an iPad so you can see first hand how Boatracs has gone mobile!

A couple of other quick updates:

Safety Management Systems (SMS) - With the proposed Coast Guard towing regulations published, we want to remind you that BT Forms can be used to simplify reporting and record keeping requirements for everything from boat logs to eNOAD (Notice of Arrival and Departures) to VGP Barge Inspections.

Limited Customer Access - Users can be created with permissions to enable your customers to login to BT Web or Express Web and see limited information.  Grant access to see only positions of certain vessels, or the ability to send messages to boats assigned to their job.  Call for details on how to set up this feature.

Extended Coverage to Mexico - Many of our customers are picking up work in the Gulf of Mexico and Bay of Campeche. Boatracs offers an extended coverage unit to provide seamless communications in those areas.

We value your business and we are committed to providing satellite communications systems that make a significant difference in your operations.  Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your success!
